At Crystallin Marketing, we believe that the ordering process should be methodical and fuss free.
The following is a summary of our ordering process.
Before we can propose any design ideas or advise if any concept is feasible, we will need a few pieces of information from the client
After order has been confirmed, our design team will proceed to do up an artwork for the client's confirmation.
We will only begin the inscription process only after the artwork has been signed off by the client.
Depending on the engraving process and order quantity, the typical lead time of any order can take anytime from 2-6 weeks to as little as 3 days for small orders of between 1-3pcs.
A sample can also be ordered upon confirmation of the order. However, do note that the production time of the sample will be counted outside the lead time. We only provide samples for orders of certain quantity.
