Order and Products

Customers should provide essential information such as the product code, the order quantity and deadline.
In order to recommend suitable products for the client, we will need information such as budget, preferred dimension and details for engraving of text and logo/graphics
Depending on stock avaliability, there’s no Minimum Order Quantity
The price quoted is inclusive of engraving/printing and gift boxes.
All prices listed are not inclusive of GST
Depending on stock avaliability and order quantity, lead time of production for bulk orders can take up to 2-6 weeks and as little as 3 days for 1 piece order.
We generally do not change the price quote if the quantity difference is not more or less than 15% of the original quantity provided
Yes. We have the samples avaliable for all of the products that is shown on our company website

Artworks

Vector format for all logos and graphics. Vector graphics are mostly found in .EPS or .AI ?le format.
Either PDF or Words/Excel Document. The ?le format should allow copying and pasting of text
There is no logo/graphic setup cost

For images ?les of logo and graphics submitted that are of low quality and reqire extensive re-drawing, additional charges may apply on a case by case basis.
We provide support to the set of default fonts found on computers such as Arial, Times New Roman, Calibri etc
Clients are to provide the font ?le if they require use of any unique or non-default fonts
We only provide artwork for con?rmed orders
However, in circumstances where an artwork is required for the ordering process, we will be able to provide the artwork but an artwork fee will be imposed if the client decides not to proceed with the order.
We will only proceed with the engraving after the artwork is con?rmed by client. Similarly, we will not be able to make any changes to the artwork after the artwork con?rmation.
Customers are encouraged to peruse the artwork for spelling and alignments before con?rming the artwork. We will not be responsible for any errors in spellings or alignments once the artwork has been submitted for approval
Generally, all artwork should be con?rmed 4-7 days after the con?rmation of the order to ensure timely delivery of the order.

After Sales Support

We will not be able to cancel or refund any orders once the order con?rmation has been submitted.
Customers are encouraged to check on the conditions of the product and the engraving upon receiving the goods. We will not be able to replace any damaged items found free of charge after the delivery order has been acknowledged. For larger orders, customers can be given three days to contact us for any damages which will then be considered on a case by case for replacement.
